Movavi video editor is the closest program to the windows live movie maker that I could find. The customer service is excellent and second to none. I still wish that windows live movie maker would return but Microsoft has no plans to bring it back, so this is a good alternative. I recommend it highly!

This program has so many excellent features my three favourites are replacing the sky in dull photos, object removal where the program has Intelligent fill and the really good background removal.
