Straight forward bookkeeping system; allows for email invoices; dynamic invoicing. Requires some retraining if you are a Quickbooks user. This product will work fine unless you need Quickbook features that cost $500+ per year.

Wanted to use this for a small organization to keep track of receipts and disbursements. Found the chart of accounts too difficult. Could not set up a company without accepting your idea of accounts and would not allow many of those to be deleted. No option to use subaccounts except those already pre-set. Therefor not enough flexibility in grouping lines on reports. Sorry folks, in 60 years of bookkeeping, I long ago learned that flexibility and organizaton of the chart of accounts is the key to a successful accounting system.

The program does not seem to fit my needs. I'm looking for a program that all entries go into and have a running balance, much like a bank statement, from which reports can be generated.
